Safety Precautions

1. Read the User Manual:

   • Familiarize yourself with the user manual provided by the manufacturer. It contains important information about the tool's specifications, proper usage, and safety guidelines.

2. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

   • Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses or a face shield to protect your eyes from flying debris, and gloves to safeguard your hands.

3. Ear Protection:

   • If the riveter produces loud noise during operation, wear ear protection to prevent hearing damage.

4. Inspect the Tool:

   • Before use, inspect the riveter for any damage, wear, or malfunction. Ensure that all components are in good condition, and replace any worn-out or damaged parts.

5. Select the Right Rivet Size and Type:

   • Use the correct size and type of rivet recommended for your application. Using the wrong rivet may result in a weak or ineffective connection.

6. Secure Workpieces:

   • Secure the materials to be riveted properly to prevent movement during the riveting process. Unstable workpieces can lead to misalignment and potential hazards.

7. Choose the Correct Pressure Setting:

   • Adjust the pressure setting on the riveter according to the material and rivet being used. Using excessive force can damage the tool or create unsafe conditions.

8. Operate in a Well-Ventilated Area:

   • If using the riveter in an enclosed space, ensure proper ventilation to dissipate any fumes or particles generated during the process.

9. Follow Proper Body Positioning:

   • Stand in a stable position with proper balance while operating the riveter. Keep hands and body parts away from the riveting area to avoid injury.

10. Keep the Tool Clean:

    • Regularly clean the riveter to remove debris, oil, or other contaminants that may affect its performance.

11. Disconnect Power Source:

12. Store Safely:
