Safety Precautions

3. Work Area Setup:

   • Ensure the work area is well-ventilated to dissipate any fumes or dust generated during the cutting process.

   • Keep the work area clean and organized to minimize tripping hazards.

   • Use appropriate barriers or warning signs to prevent unauthorized access to the work area.

4. Read the Instructions:

   • Familiarize yourself with the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for the specific wet diamond disk and cutting equipment you are using.

5. Secure Workpiece:

   • Securely fasten the material you are working on to prevent it from moving or shifting during the cutting process.

6. Water Supply:

   • Ensure a constant and adequate water supply for cooling and lubrication. Check that water is flowing properly before starting the equipment.

7. Inspect Equipment:

   • Regularly inspect the wet diamond disk and the cutting equipment for any damage or wear. Replace worn-out or damaged parts before use.

8. Avoid Overloading:

   • Do not overload the equipment or push the wet diamond disk beyond its recommended capacity. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for usage.

9. Switch Off Properly:

   • Turn off the equipment and wait for the wet diamond disk to come to a complete stop before leaving it unattended.
