The Kemix Interstage Screen is a proprietary design used to retain carbon in Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuits while allowing pulp to flow through . The patented design provides reliable carbon retention with low maintenance, minimising the need for regular cleaning and backwashing . The screen's unique design prevents carbon from locking into the screen apertures, reducing wear and extending screen life . The screen is supplied in a range of capacities to suit various process flow requirements . The design can be adapted to suit either existing Kemix or other suppliers' agitator mechanisms .
