PRIMARY USES

1. Carbon Retention in CIP and CIL Gold Recovery Circuits

Primary Use: A high-performance interstage screen used to retain carbon in Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) circuits while allowing pulp to flow through. Essential for gold processing plants and mining operations to maintain carbon inventories within each adsorption tank during the gold recovery process.

How it helps: For metallurgists and process engineers, the interstage screen provides reliable carbon retention with low maintenance requirements. The patented design reduces the risk of carbon loss through carryover, which can result in significant economic losses. The screen minimises the need for regular cleaning compared to standard wedge wire screens and, in most cases, does not require backwashing.
