S Range Screen

Sandvik vibrating screens are custom-designed and available through three main global IP ranges: the SK range (South Africa), the SM range (Australia), and the S range (Finland) . The SK range handles medium and fine screening applications in quarrying with circular motion inclined screens, available in 2, 3, and 4 deck designs with inclination of 16-22 degrees and separation from 130mm down to 1mm . The SM range offers some of the largest vibrating screens globally for heavy-duty mining applications . The S range provides precise sizing for aggregates and is widely used in the building industry and quarries . All screens feature huck-bolted side plate construction for long service life . The ACS-s condition monitoring system, integrated with the SAM digital platform, enables real-time fault detection and predictive maintenance . Screens are available with throughput capacities from 1 to 8,000 tonnes per hour , supported by comprehensive lifecycle services and spare parts support .
