Squeezing Membrane

Matec filter rubber diaphragms are flexible membrane components for Matec membrane filter plates, enabling enhanced cake dewatering through secondary squeezing. Available in various technopolymer materials tailored to specific process conditions. Compatible with Matec filter press models including Aquae, Ignis, Terrae, Magnum, Megalith, and Gigatron. The Squeezing Membrane system improves mechanical pressing of the sludge cake, resulting in drier end product and more efficient filtration cycle. Replaceable diaphragms simplify maintenance and extend plate life.
