Thank you for shopping at Amari’s Hardware Solutions. We strive to provide you with high-quality tools, hardware, and solutions. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

  1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same conditionthat you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and tags.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase(receipt or invoice).

What cannot be returned (non-returnable items):

  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered.
  • Custom-cut materials (e.g., lumber, pipes, wires).
  • Opened or used electrical components, chemicals, adhesives, or paint.
  • Special order or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the return window.

  2. Authorization:We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship It Back:Securely pack the item(s) with all original materials and include a copy of your receipt. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
  4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Please note:Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  1. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item if it is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong product.

  • Please follow the Return Processabove, stating clearly that you would like an exchange.
  • If the item you want is available, we will ship it to you as soon as the return is processed. If the item is of a different value, a partial refund or additional charge will be processed.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery). We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund at your discretion.
