Diemme Filter Cloth

Diemme filter cloths are the critical filtration media installed on the filter plates. They are designed to trap solid particles in the filter chambers while allowing the liquid filtrate to pass through . A specific "filter cloth kit" can be designed for the product to be filtered . Filter cloths are available for all Diemme models, including GHT and GHT 4x4 series . Diemme Filter Plate

Diemme filter plates are available in recessed chamber and membrane plate configurations for solid-liquid separation applications. The plates are manufactured in sizes from 500 x 500 mm up to 5,000 x 5,000 mm , with materials including polypropylene, carbon steel, PVDF, and others depending on process temperature and chemical composition requirements. GHT series plates for fast-cycling mining applications operate at up to 15 bar working pressure with plate counts up to 141 and filtration areas up to 2,900 m² . GHT 4x4 series plates operate at 15-30 bar with sizes from 1200 to 2500 mm and filtration areas from 100 to 2,200 m² . Membrane technology enables variable-volume chambers for washing and drying stages. OEM parts ensure guaranteed fit and function. Matec Filter Plate

Matec filter plates are the core components of Matec filter presses, designed for high-efficiency solid-liquid separation and sludge dewatering. Available in models including Aquae (400/500/630), Ignis (800/1000), Terrae (1200/1300/1500), Magnum (2000), Megalith (2500), and Twin Frecciarossa (1500/2000/2500) . All presses are designed for High Pressure Technology (HPT) capable of operating at 5-7 bar standard pressure and up to 16-21 bar high pressure for maximum dewatering .
