Diemme filter plates are available in recessed chamber and membrane plate configurations for solid-liquid separation applications. The plates are manufactured in sizes from 500 x 500 mm up to 5,000 x 5,000 mm , with materials including polypropylene, carbon steel, PVDF, and others depending on process temperature and chemical composition requirements. GHT series plates for fast-cycling mining applications operate at up to 15 bar working pressure with plate counts up to 141 and filtration areas up to 2,900 m² . GHT 4×4 series plates operate at 15-30 bar with sizes from 1200 to 2500 mm and filtration areas from 100 to 2,200 m² . Membrane technology enables variable-volume chambers for washing and drying stages. OEM parts ensure guaranteed fit and function. 2. Membrane Technology for Enhanced Performance

1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear appropriate PPE, including safety goggles, hard hats, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed boots when handling or installing filter plates.
